dr. amy robbins
Dr. Amy Robbins is a clinical psychologist, spiritual intuitive, and fellow parent in the thick of life’s big transitions. With nearly 20 years of experience supporting people through meaningful change, Amy brings both professional expertise and personal insight to this unique season of parenting.
She holds space with warmth, humor, and deep compassion for the in-between moments—especially the ones that catch you off guard. Whether you’re feeling lost, liberated, or both, Amy gently guides you back to yourself as you navigate what it means to let go while still holding on.

Grant
Barri Leiner Grant is a well-respected grief specialist and founder of The Memory Circle for those navigating loss. Barri has trained under leading names in the grief space Claire Bidwell Smith, Hope Edelman and David Kessler and hosts workshops at the world renown Omega Institute and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
She believes with the right grief-tending tools and techniques, we can honor and learn to live with grief and loss of every incarnation. She is a former journalist and author and leans on a Write To Heal protocol in her signature workshops and retreats. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Psychology Today in Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper and on award winning podcasts, television appearances and radio shows.

Will session recordings be provided?
Due to the nature of the discussions and members sharing personal experiences, there will not be recordings available.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the work, these workshops are nonrefundable. No refunds will be given after the start date.
what if i can't make every session?
We understand that life happens. We have selected a timeframe and duration for these workshops to be as low-commitment yet impactful as possible. We know that you will still get massive value out of attending any of the sessions, but recordings will not be available, and you will not receive a refund for missed sessions.
do i need anything for these sessions?
An open heart, journal, and pen. Otherwise, come as you are.
What is the format of these sessions?
Each session will include guided meditations, reflections, exercises, and discussion led by Dr. Robbins and Barri to deepen your experience, help you process your feelings, and know you are not alone.
